I am asked this question all the time. My go to answer is "let schedule a time for us to meet to discuss your real estate goals and perhaps draw up an action plan to help you achieve them." It is my philosophy that an educated consumer is makes the wises choices. No I will not take you out to see the house you just drove by without us discussing your wants and needs first. In this fast paced market there is little time to waist, your time is valuable and I respect that. I am not a mega agent churning out buyers and seller and getting on to the next one. I respect my clients too much to treat them just like a number to help me reach my personal goals. Deciding to purchase a home, as a homeowner or investor, is a big decision, one of the biggest you will make in your life, why rush through it!
